BUT, that being said I think we all agree BOB underachieved with Bryce. So safe to say, he wouldn’t be doing shite with Milroe either so maybe it’s a toss up

What you're seeing right now, and what Rees is having to deal with, is a compete lack of development off our QBs. Two years for Milroe, and 1 of Simpson. There is zero reason, at this point in his career, with the talent he has, that Milroe should be this bad a reading defenses. Simpson either. I think the natural ability of Young masked O'Brien's lack of development. I honestly don't believe he spent any actual meaningful time with them.

Yep BOB'S biggest sin was he didn't bother to develop Bryce, Milroe or Ty Simpson.
Rees sin is he literally doesn't have a clue how to call a game. We have so many options we have proven we can run but he runs the most bland B10 Midwestern playcalling I have ever seen at Alabama.

I would still take Tommy Rees over Bill O'Brien. Bryce was saving O'Brien the whole time.
