Didn't you guys schedule this in 2018 when Texas was coming off a 4 year stretch of 6-7, 5-7, 5-7 and 7-6?

We might have not have gotten any better and lost to TAMU which is a conference game. Sometimes a loss can be good for you.

We scheduled Oklahoma but the sec made us cancel it bc they’re just protecting the flagship program of the conference. You know they did the same with bama back when it was the premiere program in the league.

Who on earth has been happy with candy and nuts on Christmas post what, 1890??? This saying out to be changed to "If ifs and buts were candy and nuts we'd all have a ready supply of candy and nuts which we could access as needed. Imagine the benefits of this to diabetics and folks lost in the wilderness or at sea...just use a bunch of ifs and buts and you'd have nutritious nuts to survive on and candy to bolster your spirits'. Not as catchy as the orginal but more accurate....candy and nuts for Christmas...indeed

This is only the second year that Kirby hasn’t played a non-conference P5 opponent, not including the annual matchup with GT. The likes Notre Dame, Clemson, and Oregon
