I have been tough on JM4. I always knew the guy was an athlete, and I knew he had a strong arm. His lack of intermediate accuracy and shorter stuff has always been my concern. More so, I have questioned; can he win the game when we have to pass the ball. He answered that question for me today. He hung tough several times and delivered the ball taking big shots, he continues to improve in his intermediate game as well. It will be ugly at times, but the kid can play winning football. Proud of him and this team.

Yep we go as he goes, but you can see the potential.

He makes some bad plays, and everyone knows that. He also makes some elite plays, and just enough for me to believe in him. He showed some balls today. The haters will hate, but he's the best we have and he's totally capable, even though sometimes he seems incapable. He stepped up today.

If that was the case we would have lost today. Milroe is feast or famine...but the OL simply has to improve all around. There is no excuse for our running game to be this bad. We need to be balanced and right now we aren't which forces Milroe into situations he's not equipped for.

Roberts really stepped up today. Dalcourt went out with a shoulder issue, Ferguson obviously not available, and Roberts came in and played well enough.

Well. At least he is not the Kentucky QB. Boy! That guy is terrible.

We would really melt about that kid. Missing really wide open dudes.

If the line could run block and know the snap count, I’d say this team has what it takes. I still think they’ll be a 10 win team, but I’m still not confident that they’re championship material. Roll Tide regardless.

I agree. I have been tough on him, but the second half performance got my attention. Rees did a great job in the second half and Milroe delivered. The only thing the A&M defense can do is stop the run and Rees and company woke up to that fact with a controlled pass first offense in the second half. Except for a couple of suspect calls and a couple of bone head plays Bama dominated the second half.

His response after the pick was huge. He showed me a lot today.

All the Milroe haters can either hop on now or stay off the bandwagon.

You don’t get to celebrate any future victories if you keep crying over the QB situation.

He isn’t perfect but he’s the best we got this year. If we started Simpson today we would have lost by double digits.

He should start going forward. Plays with better effort than DD. He's big and mean too.
