Has Perkins EVER made an impact on a big game against a quality opponent. May be the most over hyped game changer of the last couple of years.

He had 10 tackles and 1.5 TFL against UGA last year.
He’s a true sophomore. How many “quality opponents” do you think he’s played so far?

Uhhhh….he’s played a full season and a few games in the SEC as well as 2 games against FSU, a bowl game and a SEC cg. It’s CFB. At best in 3 years you have 6 games against quality opponents. He’s had more than ample opportunity to show up in big games and just ain’t. 1.5 TFL????, is that impressive????? LOL

You tell me your definition of a quality opponent and then I’ll tell you how many games he’s had an impact.

ok bud He had 13 TFL, 7.5 sacks, an INT and 4 forced fumbles while not starting the entire season as a true freshman, but you’re right. He didn’t play well in any games last year. It’s just a conspiracy by the media and LSU fans. Everyone else thought he sucked
LSU’s defense was really bad tonight, and they lost. But that doesn’t make all posts bemoaning LSU smart. This would be an example of a really dumb take. Congrats

I get that everyone wants to take a shot at LSU tonight but some of this nonsense is ridiculous.
