He took a bad group together.

I downside to floppy rosters and not developing HS players.

It can flip the other way a year later.

An example would be cal and Kentucky. He's dealing with guys looking to the NBA while muss is dealing with guys trying to make it over seas.

This team doesn't play defense, they suck at rebounding also they get punked down low.

Fall is a 6'11" center that occupies a seat on the bench.

Muss has himself a team of divas that DGAF and that's on him.

No toughness or willingness to put team over themselves.
What these players don't seem to understand is the NBA is looking for defenders over scorers in the area of where these guys will be drafted if at all.

I don't like the portal in basketball. It has a better use in football because you can patch of areas that are in need.

But a new team each year from the portal?

I think Muss could burn out from the portal because he was about to explode on people during the press conference after the Auburn loss.

Will Muss always have a team that looks like shite for half the season, and then they start to look good? Why is that? Why don't other coaches fight the same battle?

I'm thankful for Muss and he has stopped us from wandering aimlessly in the desert, but watching terrible basketball for half the season is frustrating.

IMO it has to do with large roster turnovers, new roles for transfers, and lack of time playing together to gel.

This roster is full of guys who were scorers at the previous school outside of Mark. It's not a surprise Mark is the only consistent defender as that was his role at Houston. The rest were on the court to make baskets not prevent them at their previous schools.

As long as he uses the portal each year to build a new team, probably not.

He needs to start developing some players and keep them around. I know that is hard to do but having new faces each year doesn't always lead to successful seasons.

Would not be surprised if Muss bounced after this year.

The uglier it gets, the more likely I'm afraid.

Lot's of smoke about Louisville going around twitter and rivals for what its worth.

If we lose muss, that would be the nail in hunters coffin. That’s the only thing he’s done worth a frick since he’s been here

Muss cucked him down to a $2M buyout as well.

It's like $4M less than the K state dude, which makes him the top choice for Louisville per twatters.

If Muss leaves, Hunter better do whatever it damn well takes to steal Beard from Ole Miss.

My point is you said the whole team are pussies and that fall was also pussy and yet that is why Muss leaves him on the bench.

That doesn't make sense.

Welp. We're in serious trouble boys.

Black, Smith and Walsh weren't ready for the NBA honestly. We can't build a consistent contender like this.

You can’t flip an entire team every year, I guess.

Trading Muss for Beard would be a decent sized upgrade.

I've heard Muss is gone if UCLA opens up. Big if though even as maybe the worst P5 team this year Cronin has had enough success to get one more year.

I think we have an incredible leader. No complaints honestly. I'm afraid the 19-20 year olds just can't have patience enough to grow. Muss can get them here, they just need to know even Corliss wasn't ready despite the NBA rules back then.

Black is the starting point guard for a team that's top 4 in the east and their coach raves about his defense wtf u talking about.
