CEM shredded his team in the post game. Basically said they're not listening and there isn't an understanding of assignments on either side of the ball. Called out their effort. Didn't sound optimistic

He was more pissed about how bad the team sucked today and the medias question like it was because of one or two things, he corrected them it was everything.
He was visually embarrassed learning it was the worst lost in BWA not just in his tenure but in program history.
Someone needs to make a hunter crying Jordan meme, it will be of plenty of use the next calander year, he made the classic AD mistake of expecting the basketball program to divert attention away from the failures of the football program.

I know it’s trite but we got punked on our home floor today. That’s NOT ok in a healthy program. It wasn’t Brandon Miller raining threes and just outclassing us. It was a good old fashioned bitch slapping in front of a packed BWA.

He was the only positive in the entire game. Probably knew he could handle a tough questions cause he came to play. If Muss really wanted to punish, he should have put Devo up there. 2 Points, 2 TO's and 3 fouls.

Suck is generous.
Worst home loss at BWA in the history of the program on a Saturday with a massive selllout crowd. And we’ve had some TERRIBLE teams in the last 20 years.
Is that registering with everyone?
If this continues, it will definitely go down as the most despised team in my lifetime. At least Heath and Pelphreys bad teams had zero talent and worse coaching. This is just a bunch of effortless shite heads.
If the team continues to suck this bad and players like pinion, Fall and blocker don’t start getting more of a shot, I’m really going to have had it with Muss and his petulant bullshite.
Also didn’t watch, bet $50 on Auburn and played golf instead because I had a feeling.

I can understand having a bad shooting night. What I cant understand was the lack of effort.
That was the most embarrassing half of basketball I've ever seen at Bud Walton. Hopefully there is some arse chewing going on. Completely unacceptable.
Surely he will make it abundantly clear that sort of effort will end your basketball career whether it's in college or pros.
This crybaby diva shite can ruin a season. Hopefully these guys get their shite together or this season is a waste.

As far as the coaching staff goes, they need to simplify things for some of our players on offense if they can't grasp some of the concepts they are trying to implement.

They didn’t look much better when they did get in though. KD Johnson nearly broke Pinion’s ankles and made him look silly on defense but then missed a dunk.

I’d rather a kid that works hard and cares get his ankles broken than the same turd from wherever that doesn’t or Devo, the 4th year senior that still shows up late.

The offensive concepts are already simple, you can't dumb it down much more than it already is.
The problem is on the defensive end and comes down to a lack of effort. If no one can guard the man of front of them, the. It's time to switch it up to a match up zone or a 2-3 or 1-3-1, it doesn't get any simpler than that on that end of the court. It still requires effort however.

Baby shite soft. Brazile, Mitchell and Graham play like elephants that have seen a mouse.
Think Muss blew it bringing 2 of the above back and the way it’s looking, Devo.

I'll give the unpopular opinion that we'll be okay still...
We lost just about as bad to Alabama at home in January last year.
I've seen this team beat pretty good Duke and Purdue teams, both of which have dominant big men.
Now the really unpopular opinion... the answer isn't going to come from playing Baye Fall, Blocker, or Pinion. Maybe more Blocker than Ellis, I could see that. But I think we have to ride with Menifield, Mark, Battle, Brazile (although I never want another 6'10 wing on the roster again), and Lawson.
