May be recency bias but the Musselmen offense makes Mike Anderson’s look like the warriors.

This team just takes too many possession completely off both defense and offense.

Talent and athleticism keeps us in game but Frustrating to watch.

Tons of low IQ basketball and guys that play the same way. Ellis, Devo, Battle, all with the exact same tendencies.

We are supposed to be built on defense but routinely give up 50% shooting

Defense has not been right this year. I don’t know exactly what the issue is but teams get into our middle too easy. Brazile cheats inside and to help when he has perimeter responsibilities and is not quick footed enough to recover

not recency bias at all. The offense most of his years here always depended on a guy just being a straight baller and a bit of a chucker. Not a lot movement seems designed into it.

This team obviously isn't smart enough to play patient half court offense.

It's clear as day we look much better when our guards attack early and often in the possession.

That's the only way we go on a run.

Because if we continue to slow the pace we are going to lose a lot.

Clear as day yet we do it 50% of the time at best.

Not panicked by any means but Muss having the same issues year after year is concerning.

Hope we get it together.

Too many cooks in the kitchen, he's gotta get the rotation numbers down and choose two main guards

Obviously our most productive sets are the pick and roll with Mark, and Khalif with the hard drive to the basket.

Both of those sets can lead to positive results.

Pass, shoot, or draw the foul.

Ellis can get by his defender with ease, but he freezes once he gets down low. Then he either turns it over, or gets a pass out leaving us with no time on the clock.

With this loss and our net ranking, I’m getting close to hitting the panic button. Not pressing it yet but my hand is hovering

He yanks Ellis after 1 screw up and Devo has an endless leash.

I know Ellis has been frustrating but he’s no worse than Devo. Not going to look up numbers but imagine they’re pretty close this year +/-.

One of those things he probably does subconsciously but everyone else notices.

What do you think his +/- was tonight?

He's Devo so it's gotta be at least +10

I love Muss but he's gonna have to tone it down. He loses credibility when he goes ballistic on the refs every game. Yes there were a couple of bad calls but I didn't find it to be extremely one-sided. I honestly think his reputation is starting to earn us a target with some refs, though

I have seen this over and over again on 3 different boards today. I don't disagree. But he is, what he is. His fire is always present.

He doesn't have the best personality with a group of fans at a event either. He spoke briefly and immediately went to the side room with a few coworkers and looked at his phone. His motor is constant. He doesn't know how to slow it down. It is what makes him a great coach imho!

His team has 12 T's this year.

That's undisciplined af

Why are you booing him?

If we finish 10th in the SEC this year we ain’t making the tourney. I know it’s a meme that Muss teams turn it on late, but Muss has to flip that switch soon.

We have whiffed on every game we needed to win this far, except Duke. That Duke win ain’t gonna carry us with a sub .500 conference record.
