Frick Texas. They killed the SWC, and almost killed the Big 12. They’re toxic

Having Texas in the SEC makes the conference feel "contaminated" to me. With what exactly I don't know but its not good.

I'm looking forward to mingling with Sooner fans. I've got a couple of good Switzer stories from back in the day.

Not crazy about the whole tejass austin thing.

Owell, it is what it is. Gotta give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they look at this as a new lease on life ... a chance to be a member of one big competitive family rather than their usual ubristic pathologically egocentric horseshite.

Thank you good sir.

I anticipate the TEXAS/LSU battles in particular to be rivalry level much sooner than later. Geography aside, the programs match up well historically in a lot of sports including the four I follow the closest in FB, BB, Hoops & Golf.

Also considering that we are now going to be sharing custody of the Aggies, this may be the most anticipated recent merger matchup in all of college sports.

Lol..Dumbass…Texas membership will cost LSU, greatly. But hey, The Aggies, Arkansas, and Missouri will all be able to tell y’all “we told you so.” When everyone else in the SEC finds out what truly miserable self entitled whiney little bitches they are.

wow the rare post on here for sure. Appreciate it. I'm excited to visit all the great stadiums in the SEC. I've only been to College Station and Baton Rouge but can't wait to visit the rest.

It’s going to be good. I’m glad and have been since it first came up as a possibility.

Family is split about 50/50 A&M & Texass. Everyone misses games between the schools. I’m fine with OU as well.

As a bonus if there is one less spot for a really shitty out of conference home game on the schedule…. Fans win.
