I'd also recommend the tour at Sun Studio. Was around $20 and the guide was very knowledgeable. The original recording studio has basically been untouched and an amazing piece of nostalgia. A nice little souvenir shop is right next door.

Well duh. There's no need to wander around the area. I was literally just there couple weeks ago. To visit the mansion you have to park in a secure lot across the street and take a shuttle up to the property and a shuttle back. Other than being a little pricey the mansion is beautifully maintained and I would recommend it

I live here and I just took some guests from out of town to Beale St. on a Sunday afternoon no issues.
I would advise your parents not to walk anywhere downtown after dark especially on the weekends. Otherwise should be fine.

99 crown vic police interceptor, 250k+ mi., cold air, easy to work on and maintain. Bought it for 2k in 2012 with around 165k on the clock.
Transmission went out two years ago but found a used one with 160k on it. Imma drive this mfer till the wheels fall off and even then I may fix the wheels and keep goin ;)

It was a brilliant move by the defense. Not only did the Hamilton county jurors not hear much about the case prior to this trial residents there are perhaps more willing to give police in general the benefit of the doubt compared to Shelby county.

Also the two officers that allegedly were the more culpable of the group already pled guilty to federal charges leaving the door wide open to point the finger more at them during testimony.

And you can't tell me when the defense handpicked those jurors it wasn't a coincidence that they were all white.

To answer your question though yes it was all on video for the most part. Everyone here is shocked that the verdict is what it was. I mean how can you justify that many officers weren't able to subdue him long enough to handcuff him.

The prosecuting attorney said in the press conference afterwards that a motion was filed by the defense to search for jurors in an area that had the least media coverage on the case.

Apparently Hamilton county (Chattanooga) fit the bill.

Maybe it was or wasn't. My personal belief is that is was created by the illuminati to test a form of population control and whether they could or couldn't control that. Let's face it. The global human population is out of control. I mean. It seemed to target the elderly and weak. God knows what 2.0 looks like.
