.thUGA went "around" BAMA last year

It's more accurate to say that Alabama went around Georgia. Georgia didn't do anything to avoid Alabama. Bama avoided Georgia by crapping the bed against Tennessee and LSU.

It would take a meltdown of our special teams and several turnovers to make a game of it with Michigan.

OK, I just needed clarification. Michigan, which is probably considered to be a top 5 team if not #2, has no chance this year

For a reminder, 3 of UGAs last 5 post season games were blowouts.
Styles make fights. And Michigan is in the wrong style to bully UGA.

Awesome story bro!! You can feel bammer sliding back from the top so you have to say something crazy like this once a week to make you feel better.

It is good to see Georgia is on your mind.

Of course Georgia is on our minds. You've been in the driver's seat two years in a row. Your team will start feeling the pressure of a target on its back. Everyone will be gunning for you and you will be getting their best shot. It is a burden (being the best). This is where we learn about a team's character

Bottom line Leghumper....you beat Bama ONCE during Kirby's run and you were lucky to do that.

In that black little heart of yours you know what happens with Williams and Metchie out there. You didn't have anyone that could cover them. No one. It might have been worse than the SECCG.

The last team UGA wants to face with the title on the line is Alabama.

Who beats GA with Bama’s schedule?

No one

The good times are over next year UGA will actually play a schedule their SEC schedule is murderous and they open with Clemson.

They WILL play Alabama...at Bryant Denny.

They play Texas at Austin along with trips to Ole Miss and Kentucky. Home games with the Viles, Gators Aubs and Mississippi State.

This is more like it.

Bama has no cake walk at all. An early trip to Wisconsin along with home games with Auburn, Georgia, Missouri and South Carolina.

On the road to Norman to play Oklahoma, at LSU at Tennesse and at Vandy.

Thats no cake walk.

To be honest the schedule isn't much different than last season.

UGA ended up playing 4 regular season top 25 opponents. 1 neutral site, 2 road games, 1 at home. The 2024 schedule will probably end up with 4 top 25 opponents as well. Probably the same home/away split too.

It is fated. They actually have the talent, I think the QB question has been settled. The last year of divisions, and they finally make it. Only to be given a game against UGA in Georgia once more. The Gods Must Be Crazy Indeed.

That’s what made 2022 so impressive. Everyone was gunning for the 2021 champs. They smelled blood in the water after the 2022 draft taking all of our best players. Didn’t matter.

UGA will not escape Neyland with a win...not without Stetson and Monken.
