Look it’s not a perfect venue but some of the issues that were mentioned are not really on USM. Also, it’s easy to be snooty about facilities in the SEC but USM’s venue is still probably in the Top 25-30 in the country. They’ve hosted Regionals and Supers there before. Tennessee isn’t the first to play there in the postseason and likely won’t be the last.

Vitello was offered a locker room across the street at the basketball arena. It's less than 100 yards away. He declined.
It's not on Southern Miss to feed your players and staff. That's on your athletic department.
If someone was throwing things at Vitello's dad, frick em. Throw them out.
NCAA is in charge of game times. Not Southern Miss.
TN doesn't have a visitors locker room at your stadium. In fact, most D1 stadiums do not.
We've listened to you all bitch all weekend. Can't wait to get you all out of Hattiesburg. frick Tennessee.

Idk how you can whine about UT failing to properly plan and feeds its players and try to blame USM for that. Sounds like a Vitelo was too busy thinking about his next douche move to check that food was handled.

I don’t get how this would NOT be on Tennessee admin and coaches. Inside the SEC, sure blame the host. A road trip to a Sunbelt school? That’s on you for assuming anything.

I always thought it was common knowledge (until TN fans started bitching) that very very few college baseball stadiums have visitor locker rooms.
LSU is one of the few.
