It really is crazy that at the turn of the 21st century Tennessee was head and shoulders, without question, FAR and away the undisputed #2 SEC program of all time. And in a short 20 years they have pretty much been passed by at least one, maybe two, other programs.

So at least 27 programs have accomplished more than big bad Aggie in the last 75 years including BYU, Pitt, Syracuse, Maryland, Colorado, and Georgia Tech.

It's somewhat shocking to see the company that Michigan is in as a single national title winner since 1949.

The beginning of the 1948 season and the end of the 2022 season totaled 75 football seasons. You guys should've started with the 1948 season if you wanted a rounded off 75 years.

Crazy to think in the last 75 YEARS both tenner and Michigan have a total of 3 combined nattys. Pittsburgh, Minnesota and BYU have as many titles as Michigan. Truly wild considering the overall win% and brand/history.

I was alive for all 3. I can be content in that knowing I have friends who have never seen their teams hoist a title.
