You mean...there really ARE other sports besides football? I've heard about them, but I just thought that was stuff made up by our rival fans to ease the pain after football, you know, kind of like a Dungeons and Dragons fantasy game or something...interesting.

You’ve got a pretty good argument for 2nd best program in the SEC though. The stinking Vols will probably argue with you about that.

Well, we mopped the floor with the Vols last season. They took down your Tide boys though, so I'd say they have a pretty good argument to currently be #2 and bump the tide down to #3. Then of course, LSU will start making arguments for that.

I forget sometimes lesser programs have much lower standards to measure greatness.

Where we are disagreeing on is the sense words; "was" and "is". Bama was the best. UGA IS the best. The later sure feels alot better. Ask anyone who's team is currently on top. Case closed.

We were until recently, now it is being overshadowed by Softball and Men's/Women's gymnastics..

Bama is still the best. 6 titles in 14 seasons and 8 Championship appearances is better than 2 titles 6 years and 3 overall appearances. Georgia is clearly the #2 program right now though.
