Wrong! It is "illegal" in clark county. Casino's will supply your "guest". Outside of clark county,and reno. It is legal.

Would love to see O coaching again at a low pressure school. He will recruit well to Vegas from Cali. Good NIL potential there. If he’s just having fun and killing press conferences could be a great gig.
