I can see a few bowl games migrating to Vegas for the "destination bowl games". Go see the bowl game while on a Vegas trip. Lower tier bowls in non destination places will be empty stadiums.

Do not leave air conditined spaces. Plan on it being 110 when the sun goes down. Concrete 120, asphalt 140+. Been here 30+ years, trust me. It might not be, but plan on it. Outside of that, the aquarium suggestion is pretty solid.
