The clear takeaway is that it didn’t matter at all what LSU did or didn’t do, Bama wasn’t getting in after TCU made it close against K State.

Nah, a 1 loss Bama gets in over 1 loss TCU. It's already a debate with a 2 loss Bama

Not really. We’d have played Georgia in the SECCG and I think Georgia is the better team. Lose that and we’d have been out also.

Win it and both would be in. Then we’d lose in the title game again

Yeah - Kelly getting blown out by GA showed how bad LSU and Bama was this season

Hold on now.
How many threads were started by Alabama fans saying Georgia was scared of them?

We aren't Auburn. Just beating Bama is not the standard at LSU.

Making it close wasn’t in the equation. A two loss team that didn’t go to a conf championship isn’t going over a 1 loss team that did.

Saban owns the crap show (2022 Bama football)because he refused to deal with problems last year that even Stevie wonder could see.

BK choking in big games is a CFB tradition but any time Ohio State has even a remote chance the media makes sure they get in.

Alabama is the reason Alabama lost to Brian Kelly's lacking roster more than anything to be honest. That's how it is when you have a top 3 or 4 roster but lose to two teams that got half their roster from the transfer portal castoffs.

Given how stridently they were protesting the possibility that Bama might be in, and how they fell they’re getting screwed in the draw (they are) how would you describe it?

And there it is. The proverbial “The only team that can beat Bama is Bama.”

I think we did a mighty fine job of kicking our own arse at times this year too, but BK definitely took advantage of our arse already showing.

129/131 in penalties, at least we can finally put that “Bammer gets all the calls Pawl” nonsense to bed

That is hilarious when you think about it but honestly - Spencer Rattler looked better than prime Joe Burrow in that game - good lord. If you only watched that one game in his career you take him number one in the draft and you don’t even ask questions.

Those were the two coordinators in bama's rebuilding year in '21. Right? They just got worst with better more experienced players in '22?
