The past few weeks it was evident he was in turmoil in what to do..
Landsharks, the only reason he stayed was because his KIDS wanted to.
Joey Freshwater would have jumped day 1. I’m glad to see he’s putting his family first now!

I’m just enjoying watching Ole Miss fans act like they are happy Lane got a ridiculous extension after he wouldn’t even commit to their program for weeks and Auburn fans acting like they are excited Hugh Freeze is their new head coach. It’s good stuff.

We just said if we want him he gone (Kiffin), which he would have been if we were willing to do a Jimbo contract. You kept him because you gave him a Jimbo contract and we took Freeze + the cash. Simple as.
I'm not worried about Freeze and defense. He hasn't had the athletes to field a good defense anywhere he's been.

No doubt he was in contact with Auburn, you could tell he looked very down and confused about it. And yes his kids had lots to do with it I'm sure.
In the end, Ole Miss got to keep him and they are excited. He got a huge pay raise , too. We all agree Jimmy Sexton is ecstatic
