I’m not even saying it’s a bad thing for us not that it will cause us to lose games. What I’m saying is it is bad for Freeze. Things go south a little, he better watch his back. I sure hope not, but this has a chance to go real ugly if he doesn’t win. Freeze better win.

Any coach even Saban and Smart better win.

Roc Bellantoni has been informed that he will not be retained.

Good or bad? Special teams hasn't seemed that shitty to a casual observer.

I’d say we haven’t given up a lot of long returns but we also haven’t scored much

He coached edge rushers too.
He was one of the better recruiters on an otherwise mediocre recruiting staff. Lots of south Florida connections that we’ll also miss.
To me, this indicates that Freeze has that position coach locked up

I’m not saying this will be the hire to replace Roc but this is Liberty’s current DL coach

Well if we want a good Special Teams coach...take a look at Peter Lembo

RB got totally schooled on the on side kick by Ole Miss. Probably not totally fair, but not great when you are in his position. Seemed like and above average recruiter.

Brumbaugh will also not be retained

Most of the assistants were let go with the exception of interim head coach Cadillac Williams, who was already retained as running backs coach and associate head coach, and the combination of defensive backs coach Zac Etheridge and linebackers Christian Robinson, who seem to be under consideration for spots on Freeze’s staff, sources tell On3.

I don’t know about keeping this guy with how the linebackers played this year.

So he will go back to being a GA? Cause our LB looked like pure trash, I haven’t seen that many run fits missed in a season since the Ted Roof/ Jake Holland days.

I'm glad all of the coordinators previously from cupcake schools aren't being retained. The number of coaches Harsin hired from terrible teams is astounding.
