We met at the paw yesterday, but damn right we rushed the field after we beat UT by 25 and laid 63 on them.

Field rushes are fun, and incidents are so much more rare than people make them out to be.
I’m fine with the fact that UGA doesn’t rush the field. It just means that we are lucky enough to be in a position where we rarely get upset wins. But I’m not a fan of the stuffy “Those people are having to much fun and are too happy their team won” attitude.

I don't believe Florida has ever rushed Steve Spurrier Field.
We did rush the field in Jacksonville once in the 80s

Haven’t rushed the field since beating bama in 2014. LSU has rushed the field TWICE against Ole Miss since then

There are actually news articles and pics of Bama rushing the field in the 50’s and 70’s.
However since the SEC started dining programs in 2004, only Bama, Florida, UGA, and Miss State haven’t been fined through last year.
