That tells me there are A LOT of teams that could compete in the SEC.

No reason for the bias we're seeing for these teams in the polls.

Tennessee went to OT with Pitt.

Alabama barely beat an unranked Texas.

Thank god we will have a legitimate playoff in a couple years.

First of all Clemson is not one of them. Second of all, if you knew anything about the LSU-Arky game historically you would understand why it was so close. Not to mention LSU expended all their energy on bama and had to turn around and play on the road at 11AM in the freezing cold.

Liberty belongs in the playoffs. Over Clemson for sure.

You're an idiot and your team has an easy path every year.

We know you've never made the playoffs, but are you familiar with how the SEC has performed in them?

Yeah and it’s coming out that it wasn’t just Harold Perkins who played with flu…

Half of LSU's team is battling the flu right now.

You understand that it is not always who you play, it is who you play, when you play them, and where you play them. LSU just played Bama, after a week off and playing Ole Miss, before that Florida, and before that TENN.

LSU had to play at 11 AM in a field covered in Snow in the morning.

Clemson has been struggling every week in ACC play.

In football, you are not always at your emotional and mental elite A+ game. Sometimes a team has to win with less than its best fastball.

We just didn't have enough hot cocoa and soup on the sidelines. Despite all of that, we still got the W. Move along.

Danny Ford couldn’t compete in the SEC. Think about it.

I attended Clemson for grad school. Lived in Seneca for 5 years.

Y’all are a shell of what LSU is football wise. Y’all caught lightning in a bottle for a few years and made something out of it, congrats.

However, Clemson the town, Clemson the school, and Clemson the football experience ain’t got shite on SEC schools.

Upsets and letdowns happen all the time in single games. The gauntlet of a consistently difficult season is what makes the SEC the best and—when the postseason arrives—what ensures whoever emerges is prepared.

There are tons of teams that can matchup on any given Saturday. “Competing in the SEC” is about a 12-game test, not catching someone sleeping once.
