Their AD has announced they will be changing the way they look at the non conference schedule. No longer will they be playing juggernauts such as Mercer, South Florida, and Western Kentucky.

You better check the resume. Clemson is second only to Alabama in CFP appearances.

Most bowl eligible teams.
Texas hasn’t beaten a single ranked team so stop crying.

I swear idk why y’all don’t just break off and have your own separate super football championship amongst your conference brethren and forget about every non SEC school.

Teams like Georgia Tech could never go on the road and compete in the SEC. Oh wait…
Sounds like a lose lose. Texas hasn't been relevant for decades.
after Georgia Tech went to Athens and took them to 8 overtimes.

Lane Kiffin is an absolute joke

His one good stretch as a coach is marred in recruiting violations.

5-15 in the NFL.

Luckily got relieved of his duties as OC before Alabama lost to Clemson in the national title game.

Has done nothing of significance at Old Miss.

Maybe he'll join Booger and Teblow on the SEC network one day.

I would be willing to bet well over 100 of those yards were on 3 or 4 plays and on 3rd and long.

Cade had over 300 total yards and two TD's himself. Was that a heisman performance?
The majority of those yards were on a handful of runs. One of his longest runs came right before he fumbled and gave us the ball. Also made a terrible throw for an INT right to one of our defenders.

I'll give credit where it's due, he stepped up and made a great play at the end to finally take your first lead of the game with a minute left.
"the Oline had a rough first half"

I literally laughed out loud when I read this.
Exactly. Both defenses played well. I'm not sure why the QB is getting all the love. Made a handful of great plays with his feet. Other than that tried his best to give us the game.
after scoring 17 points on an ACC squad.

I mean I guess we should take it as a compliment.

Damn coots are talking about him winning the heisman next year.

LMAO!
It means college football is like every other sport known to man.

Nobody looks at the super bowl champion or NCAA basketball champion goes "well they lost to a team on the road that barely finished .500, they shouldn't even have been there".

That's stupid. This year is the first year we will have a champion that actually went through a legit playoff system and if it's Alabama then I'll say they deserved it.
And gamecocks are getting scared

Of course you think FSU is legit. They’ve waxed that arse two years in a row.

They are gonna be exposed this weekend. We handled them last year at their place.

LSU is still riding the wave from the OT win over Bama.

Conference strength

After 3 weeks, it appears that the conference powers have reversed with the PAC 10 at #1, the ACC at 2 and the SEC is the weakest conference ( Alabama lost to Texas, Florida lost to Utah and then beat Tennessee, North Carolina demolished SC, Miami took apart A & M, BYU beat Arkansas, FSU beat LSU). These loses shouldn’t go away, but they will be dismissed by ESPN & the pundits as the narrative will become how deep & difficult the league is as they beat each other.
Maybe but they are the reigning SEC champ who also happened to lose to FSU last year.
FSU over LSU
UNC over Scar
Wake over Vandy
Miami over Texas A&M

Only loss being Tennessee over a Virginia team that finished 6th in the ACC coastal last year with a 1-6 record in conference.
