I like when Tenner is competitive. A strong SEC East makes the conference as a whole stronger. I could do without yalls bullshite in baseball, but Tenner's football fans aren't a bad bunch. They can take a hit for sure

Everyone over 30 knows that when Tennessee is up, Alabama is down. When Alabama is up, Tennessee is down. It's always been that way.
That's why this is being talked about more than when some other team beats the Gumps.
This is a bellweather of a SEA CHANGE. This is a tectonic shift. If you hate Alabama, you should hope Tennessee gets better...and better...

When ole miss and Mississippi state were both ranked everyone was going nuts.
Everything would be different in terms of narrative if:
1) Texas scored 2 more points
2) A&M scored from the 5 yard line
3) Gibbs doesn't drop a pass / bamas kicker hits it
