Excited to see them play again, gonna be tough to get out of there with a W today.

If you haven't seen Buzz's remarks from yesterday regarding how their crowd should act today and pull for their guys and nothing more, find it. Really cool of him to say those things. Very classy imo.

Roll Tide!
(let's go Fla and Ken!)

So that’s a lot of people speculating that we’re resting folks, aren’t gonna be interested in the game, and are tired from Wednesday

I think it's more of them seeing how much our team morale has struggled the last weeks and our performances have been lackluster early.

We're on the road playing the second best team in the SEC who drives to the hoop every time looking for fouls. They live on the FT line and will have a love crowd waiting to abuse us and Brandon.

It's an easy money guess honestly

What are your guys thoughts on if Quinerly should come back next year or not? I’d love it for the team but I’m a JQ fan in general and if he can have a great March and go on and play for money
somewhere else I’d be happy for him.

If he comes back he will be 25 and he already gets made fun of a lot by other fanbases because of his age, he obviously has thick skin though and I’m sure he could handle it. I’m not sure coming back would improve his stock much even if he is great all year.

I mean, he's not getting drafted. It doesn't really matter much what he does in March when it comes down to his decision, teams aren't going to draft an almost 25 year old undersized Guard. He can either play for Alabama one more season with a pretty nice NIL deal or he can start his pro career overseas. I hope he comes back, he is what he is at this point but when his game is on this team elevates to a new level. You're not going to find many guys like that in the portal.

I have to go into the office today for a few hours so I'm going to miss the game, this could turn out as a slight positive because if we end up losing I don't think you can take too much from the result. If we win, great, but I'm expecting a dogfight today.

I really hope he comes back too. I think it would be huge. I mean making money, playing college basketball, winning rings, enjoying all that with your brother on the same team are all pretty good things. I mean he's making his way up the ladder in players that will be impossible to forget in Ala hoops history. Not many players have played huge parts in helping us win 2 regular season titles. Not a super long list.

Wednesday night sealed it for me, I'll never forget that performance. Like I said in my previous post, you already know what you're getting with JQ but how many guys that are going to enter the portal can impact the game the way JQ did the other night? He'd be valuable off the bench again for another season. Heck, with his age and experience already in the system, he'll basically be another coach.

Probably just comes down to what he wants to do. He was leaving last year but then he got hurt. He ended up coming back because he had nowhere else to go. They can probably get him enough NIL money that maybe he’d consider it.

Lot of big games today with top 2 in conferences going at it. 2 top 10 matches in Kansas at Texas, and Zona at UCLA. BAMA at A&M is top 25.

Even Duke at UNC is intriguing given the rivalry and UNC playing for their tourney lives.

Miller just got left off the top 15 for Wooden Watch, which seems 100% related to off the court stuff. The best player on the #1 team in the country and best player in the 3rd best league gets left off top 15 list?!?! Guilty by association at its finest. Why did Miles have to be so stupid to bring a thug friend to Ttown and help him kill a 23yr old mother? So stupid

Edit: Gameday had him as 1 of 3 finalists for Gameday player of the year (which rightfully went to Edey). How are you 1 of 3 on ESPN and not top 15 in the most prestigious award?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he won the Wooden player of the week last week, after he got snubbed on the SEC player of the week award.

It sucks. But between miles and our shitty PR department, I'm not surprised. Go anywhere online, and we're the most hated team at the moment. I'm used to that in football. I'm fine with that under those circumstances. But under these, it sucks.

One good thing is it doesn't matter at all.
