this is beyond incompetence. even beyond the on-field disaster according to reports half the staff hasn't even been on the road recruiting.

If they aren't already doing it the school needs to be putting a file together on him and giving him weekly/biweekly notifications that he's failing at his job the same way a company would in preparation for a firing.
I'll be disappointed if we don't at least attempt to fire him for cause.

I work with [source redacted], but she still stays in touch with the staff at AU. She said that they told her that Harsin has stopped showing up to recruiting meetings.

My son plays for a high school with tons of talent including a 4 star offensive tackle that was a Auburn fan. We are 2 hours away.
Saban and Smart have both been to the school to recruit the players.
Harsin hasn’t bothered to show up.
