He does scramble enough for that to happen, but he never throws the ball to the open receivers, he just takes off for the first down side line marker.

I think TN is better too. Game will depend on if our offense shows up or not. Cannot play like last week.

Terrible for LSU atmosphere, but LSU won the previous 8 games they played at this time. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t effect the players.

Good assessment I’d honestly be shocked if LSU won this game

We can beat this LSU team. CAN...not WILL.
We have a habit of making bad QBs into superstars.
We have a habit of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
Honest opinion? Denpending on which UT team shows up. This game can go either way. Matter of fact. I feel like it can get out of hand either way. A blowout by either team would not surprise me.
Yes, this game worries me.

I hope LSU wins, but I'm not holding my breathe. Especially not after the Auburn game.
That said, it's hard to tell if Tennessee is really good or not. A Florida team with a new coach has been their biggest test of the year thus far.

Tenner is soft and has a dog shite defense. Tenner is a team of cowards and a fan base of life’s losers like SavageOrangeChug.
LSU a bad offensive team that isn’t really good at anything on that side of the ball, but is average on defense.
LSU wins an ugly game.

No chance. Tennessee can’t lose.

Not at all worried about the start time.
Absolutely worried that we have one QB who won’t throw the ball unless no one is within 10 yards of the receiver, and one who says “oooh triple coverage lemme sling it.”

LSU has been slow starters most of the season, Tennessee is the first opponent that will make them pay if they can’t come out scoring early.
This.
We start out dragging arse again and this over quickly.

LSU very, very rarely plays teams like that at 11 AM. Last time that happened was against Utah St in 2019. And I went back through the 2011 season, and the earliest any other home non-conference game started outside that Utah St game was 6:00 PM
We played Florida at 11 am last year and it was a great atmosphere

Our offense is bad but the D is pretty good, has some players on it.
Some talent on the defensive side Cajun.

yea, I've talked some shite, but if our defense doesn't hold them early and jd starts running around again we're in trouble. ut is better than they've been in a long time, for what its worth.

Did I say LSU never plays at 11 AM or that they rarely ever play teams like McNeese at 11 AM?

Nussmeier is a loose cannon, but I honestly think he gives us the best chance of exploiting Tennessee’s weak pass defense and perhaps even winning the game.

I agree, especially if Daniels' mobility is hampered in any way by the injury.
Nuss is a higher ceiling but lower floor option in my opinion, would like to see some packages for Daniels and the bulk of the snaps go to Nussmeier.
Our receivers are completely disengaged from the rest of the offense during games. They then start pressing too hard to make plays and are dropping what passes they do get thrown because of that.
