Some mascots make proper grill fare; others are revered and would never be skewered.

Where does your university’s good luck guy/gal rank?

*Note: No need for tea-sips to respond; God made beef for a fire pit.

Barbecue dog is street vendors main fare in some countries. One just south of Texas might be one of those.

Collie is too stringy and not enough fat, which makes dor a dry steak.

As your diagram accurately depicts, pigs are good eatin... we don't get offended if you eat our mascot. In fact, I will be cooking 2 lbs of thick hickory bacon for breakfast and smoked pork butt for the game.

Should we throw a collie on the barbie?

Our mascot would eat both of your mascots.

Well, one of Ags mascots is a dude and we know that’s their meat of choice.

I bet a team full of razorback hogs (or even border collies for that matter) could've beaten Appalachian State at football

The only reason we don't eat dog is that predator meat is gross and full of parasites.

Reveille would have worms and eat dead carcasses if given half the chance.

Don’t act like you’ve never had dog taco.

Dog is actually not bad. I’ve had it in Korea and Thailand. Kinda like beef and lamb in 1 bite.

I've never eaten Tiger, eagles, or a plainsman, so I do not know.

In the early years, Texas would eat their mascot after games.

Aggies would think the Crimson Tide would be “good eating”. Reminds them of a gonorrhea infused skin flute.
