just imagine where he would be if he switched to TE

He would have been a great TE too. But only Oklahoma was recruiting him there.
I think Alabama might have offered the opportunity to play TE. But always liked him at LB. Even with the depth issues that occurred at TE.

Sanders is a solid player. Hated it when he left Bama. Hope he continues to do well except against the Tide.

Yeah, it's really hard not to like that kid.
Glad to see him getting an opportunity.

Tide fans are pissed that he left
Their LBs suck dong.
But hey - at least they got Pine Ridin’ Ricks!

This may be confusing, but stay with me here — Eli Ricks is not a LB.

Drew is a beast. I was looking forward to watching him, leading up to the season, and he has not disappointed.

I was hoping LSU had a shot with Sanders. He's a great player and has a ton of talent. Pulling for that kid

Would love to see him continue at his current pace. Pool will set the all time tackle record, either vs. BAMA or MSST. Sanders could break the season sack total.
LB was a weakness when Sam/ Odom arrived, but guys like Sanders (and the guys last year) have really turned it into a strength.

Do you ever get tired of it?

Maybe more will see the logjam to playing time at Bama and do same thing or recruits will go elsewhere out of high school especially if Tide is going to tamper with prospects before they hit the portal

If Sanders keeps it up, he will easily be drafted in the first two rounds.

Probably one of the better players Saban has ever processed.

Is he still listed as a "Jack" LBer? I'm hearing that he's also playing the "Mike" position.

dude keeps playing like he is right now, and balls out against Bama & others the way he has been. he will be a one and done here and be a top 20 pick

I agree he is going to need to show this type of play against stronger competition but it won’t come from this Bama OL.
