Most of my Bama friends thought Pruitt was better than Kirby and have been wanting Saban to fire Golding and bring Pruitt back since he was fired from UT

Smart was the better DC… they have different styles… Smart was more conservative keep it in front of you and not blitz at ton… while Pruitt is very aggressive.
I think smart had a better feel for play calling than Pruitt… but both are very good.
