I think it’s basically if we’re able to stack wins.. we haven’t been able to since 2020, which was our last really good team. If this team continues to be inconsistent week to week, where it’s win one week look like crap for 2 then win a week.. we pretty well know where we stand..

The really good teams in this league stack wins, until we do that I feel like we’re average at best.

This has been a disaster, which I called from the beginning. People were guaranteeing Kiffin to us and I kept saying it wasn’t happening, and now the shite with Freeze. This has mediocre hire written all over. It’s a shame people making decisions aren’t serious about winning.

Should have offered Kiffin 10 for 120 or whatever he wanted honestly. We didn’t and here we are

He’s already had 15 meetings to tell them he’s staying lol! He told reporters last night he’s staying, this is not another meeting to keep telling guys he’s staying. Prob just an end of year meeting or stay safe traveling home type deal.

I just think it’s a bad look on the current state of our football program that we can’t pull a coach from Ole Miss. Now I have no clue if we offered or not, but if so and we got turned down to stay at Ole Miss that speaks volumes.

My understanding was multiple players and coaches from the meeting have sent out messages or the insiders for wind from people at the meeting, that he said he was staying unless something changes his mind.

Unbelievable how we choked this away

Another meeting? Lol.. makes no sense to not just come out and tell everyone that, if he’s really staying.

I agree! I’m hopeful that hire Kiffin, but the bull shite leak tonight doesn’t help things. I have a friend who works at Ole Miss, connected up there says Kiffin is for sure going to Auburn, and that the leak came from Cohen… would be the dumbest move possible if Cohen leaked that and possibly blew the deal. Could cost Cohen his job!
