Miss State @ Arizona.

There is a reason the point spread is only 11, seen it as low as 10.5
It's going to be a very late night start for Mississippi State in their time zone. I guess 10PM Start in Mississippi.
Not sure what to make of Arizona other than they were extremely young last year, got em all back and used the transfer portal to fill areas. From what I saw from Zona, they actually look good. They have a really good QB who can throw accurate passes.
It's always hard winning on the road vs power 5 but I believe its the Miss State defense that wins this, unless Will Rogers throws for another 450 yards. I love our starting 11 on defense, they can play with anyone. But depth is an issue.

Didn't they play till midnight last week because of the delay? I think that's a bit overblown. Plus college kids are pretty big night owls.
The SEC defensive and offensive line play here will definitely be one of those least talked things that will make a big difference here.

This is one of my favorite games of the week from a betting perspective. State is underrated. Their defense is nasty and Rogers keeps getting better, now being in his third year of the system. Vegas set Zona’s win total at 2.5 for a reason.
45-17 type of game. Memphis would beat Arizona by 21+ and State embarrassed them last week

It’s the Fox 8 pm West Coast slot. Sucks for State, but it’s a great time for Arizona.

This is what I'm worried about. On paper, we should beat them easily. However, they'll probably have a RB or receiver have a career night. Hopefully we can keep the SEC over Pac 12 arse beatings though.

This will depend on the main factor. MSU is used to heat, but the swampy humid kind of heat. There will be desert type clouds of heat and dust floating all over the place. You don’t sweat in this type of heat but you bake from inside out. Best to really stay hydrated out there to keep focused. Bring plenty of water from Jackson if you can

Arizona is improved. But improved in the sense that they should challenge for a 6-6 season, not beat an SEC team.
Zone beat San Diego State by three touchdowns. SDSU was a 12-win team last year.

Watched a replay of Arizona's game last week. That quarterback threw for 299 yards. They did not have much of a rushing game.
