How dumb can you possibly be after starting threads about Brennan retiring from football.

Where would Gibbs be if he was still at Tech?

Where would Zach Evans be if he was at Bama?

List is kind of shite.

Probably not #20, but Stetson probably wouldn't be #40 if he was at Tech, either. Sort of the nature of these things.

Gibbs had the #3 highest PFF RB grade for returning RBs with at least 125 careies behind the guy at Utah and Charbonnet at UCLA. He had the #2 RB recieving grade. #2 RB in yards rec per target, #1 RB in yards after catch and #1 in yards per route run for guys with at least 30 targets.

Would he have been overlooked if he stayed at Tech? Probably. But he was highly thought of by everyone for a reason. He's been very good on a very shitty team for multiple years now.

Bryce Young is the most overrated CFB player in quite some time. At least a decade

Stetson is tied more to Monken than UGA in my opinion. He is a good enough QB that a great OC can do great things with him. That is gibberish compared to a top 100 list because I don't have a clue their criteria.

But i wanted Gibbs and Evans both at UGA. But both the talent and "want" disparity aren't even close.

I try to stay out of conversations that I know little about (other teams players and rankings is often included in that). I just see Evans and Gibbs in different stratosphere. Maybe ESPN knows something about Bama's OC that I don't and how it effects both players. But it is kind of like comparing Bryce Young (Evans) to Levis (Gibbs) in my opinion. There really shouldn't be a close comparison.

I've coveted Gibbs since he was a high school junior. Was bummed when we didn't press for him. I think he's going to be electric and be our best player on offense.

Could be totally wrong, though.

11. Kayshon Boutte
WR, LSU, Junior
Notable 2021 stats: 509 yards, 9 TDs
Last year's ranking: NR

A season-ending injury against Kentucky last October cut short a nine-game run dating to Boutte's freshman season in which he scored in every game and racked up 13 touchdowns. While there was concern early on that he wouldn't mesh with new coach Brian Kelly, the decision to award Boutte the ceremonial No. 7 jersey in July signifies what's expected of arguably the most talented player on the roster.

Probably not a dry set of pants among all the Alabama and Georgia fans who look at that list.

“Five of the top seven on two teams. College football is such a shitty product with the lack of parity, but we all still watch it.”

You know what you’d be saying if LSU was one of those two teams?

Hope yalls WRs are good. It's my understanding that's the only reason you lost the NC game.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but both the #1 and #2 guys played in that game right?

Dumb take. We would not have even been in the game at all without Will and Bryce.

I also wanted him. But the list of talented RBs that I want is fairly long.

I REALLY wanted Evans. He is a lot closer to all american talent.

This isn't a take. It's a question. Losing the NC game because your WRs were hurt is a take...a Bama fan take.
