Most of these SEC schools are on welfare. They receive equal revenue but never win so it is undeserved. Makes me want to throw up.
At least our programs can stand on their own 2 feet and are built up without assistance from anyone else.

SEC is valuable because they are so strong from top to bottom that a school is winning something somewhere.

At least 1 SEC school has at least 1 Natty in each sport they compete in. SECN is so valuable because it has year round content and depth at every sport

Bowl teams get paid and the conference splits the revenue. Also monies from other sports is shared as well. Each team contributes in one form or another.
You have no clue, but that’s not surprising for a program like yours.

That is so full of shite. No one cares about any sport but football. That is what the networks are paying for and nothing else. The networks are basically paying for Alabama, Georgia, and maybe LSU. The rest of the SEC receives a welfare check for those 3 teams to beat up on and nothing else. The 3 mentioned above might be elite but the rest of you are no better than anyone in the ACC, Big 12, or the Pac.

This is where Georgia Tech fricked themselves back in 1964. They were greedy and did not like sharing the money around the SEC. So they withdrew. But that was shortsighted. The SUM of 10 or 12 now 14 and soon to be 16 is exponentially greater together than 16 individuals.
All the members of the conference contribute and as a result benefit from their membership. It collectively helps everyone.
So you are welcome to gag on your own spittle. And if CVG or UCF are so great and do not need anyone else, just be done with it and be INDEPENDENT.
