Are we 1 back, 1TE, 3WR as base offense?

How much 2 and 3TE will we see this year? Would this potentially help shore up the line? Or does it bring to many defenders to the box?

Is Landon King now a WR?

Will Shenker line up as fullback/HB and/or TE?

Who might be a breakout skill player on offense as far as production?

Harsin spoke at length before sec media days

He said a QB will be named before game prep for the first game.

Not gonna discuss the stuff from late winter anymore.

Is impressed with the TE room. Said the OL has improved.

Only QB he talked about was Calzada and said he’s been putting in the work and doing extra on the side. But did say there was a competition.

Spoke about the schedule and said every SEC team has a difficult schedule. (Auburns schedule is ranked most difficult)

Chiron at the bottom of screen had Auburn’s FPI at 11th. Prediction is 7.4 wins. (ESPN)

Recruiting question and was asked in a way that is the season where the most recruiting can be done in the games. Harsin said yes and said “just watch”.

Harsin had a bravado about him today seems confident in the season.

Spoke confidently about the coordinators. Spoke glowing about Ike.

ESD is early December and most of those recruits will be ready to get locked in. I imagine we could maybe swing a couple flips. And then maybe a couple more flips on NSD amidst recruiting a tighter talent pool. Best case scenario is he does well this season and then the transfer portal and next year’s class catches fire. At that point all the team goals are back in front of Harsin.

Just watch
That is really confident.

Harsin also called the inquiry in February “uncomfortable and unfounded “and shut down any questions about that event by telling reporters if they want information to “go to Google.”

I can answer some of these just from keep track of things..

Our offense will look basically the same as last year except hopefully better play calling and more passes to Tank out of the backfield.

Landon King is indeed a full time WR. The staff is pretty high on him.

Talking up Calzada so he doesn’t transfer after Ashford is named starter. Smart move Tank!

At times the offense was competent.
First half against Ole Miss and MSU.
Arkansas. LSU.
