Yeah, because people get their relevant information from social media opinions.

My entire family, Alabama fans, Auburn fans, LSU fans and Florida fans never even consider information they find on social media (twitter, facebook, etc.) to have any truth.

It's referring to each program's official social media accounts, not random jackasses.

Interesting ranking. Really there are only about 35 teams with an actual chance.

It means nothing since teams can't be bought and sold.

It means a lot when you start talking about conference realignment.

Clemson not even top 20.

Look closely between 12 and 14.

Ok

So like I said before

If you’re not negotiating with Notre Dame

You’re not doing your job.

Make a deal with Notre Dame

And I say take Penn State or Clempson (and I’m not even excited about Clemson) and frick everybody else

Idiot. As in they shouldn't be inside the top 20.

This is horseshite. Has Kentucky ranked behind Miss., Miss St, S Car., Virginia Tech and WVU. Plus, doesn’t appear to take basketball into account at all, even though Kentucky is one of a few national brands which adds a lot to the programs value. Should be no lower than #10-15 at worst.

Possible additions within the SEC footprint:

13. Clemson
18. Florida State
25. Miami

I'll be honest, I don't see the appeal of Miami.

It would be nice to have an all encompassing list that includes all sports within a school.

Zach Miller did all his research

Who? & no he didn't. Any list without Texas at the top is automatically invalid.

That list is shite TCU and Texas Tech are way too high.

This clown wrote down a list of schools he remembered. That’s seems about it.

It's about national brand and name recognition. You turn the TV on, see the uniforms and mascot, and immediately say 'oh, that's Miami'. Doesn't matter if you live in Fla, Ohio or Wyoming, you know who they are.

At this point, that's the goal. You want to capture national marketshare... it doesn't matter that UCF might be a better program right now, 95% of the viewers will not instantly recognize them on a casual glance.

Five national titles, some of the greatest players to ever play in the NFL called them home, top 10 media and MSA market, warmer weather, beaches, women, etc. Their program along with being in the SEC can be turned around on a dime.
