Yes , his accomplishments during the entire season were the biggest factor and he was the odds on favorite for most of the last half of the season. He probably nailed it down though in the winning drive vs Auburn though you may disagree about that
In any event what specific play stands out to you.

I'm not sure why you think some would disagree with you. The Auburn game cemented his Heisman... his performance against Georga helped though. SO It's not much to discuss here.

I think pretty definitively it’s the TD to Brooks at Auburn to send the game to OT. It had everything that makes a Heisman moment.
Last game of the season, playoff berth on the line. Prime time rivalry game. On the road. Less than thirty seconds left in the game with no timeouts. 3rd and long. It’s basically a score or the season is over situation. Against a defense playing at an A++ level.
And he delivers just an absolutely sensational 30 yard bomb TD. Basically had to throw it through a keyhole to have any shot at it and he puts it picture perfect on the money to save the game. It was like one of those Rodgers/Brady/Manning throws that was just 101% accurate to the point that it’s indefensible even with perfect coverage.
Heisman moment if I’ve ever seen one.

That AU comeback win was and will remain an all time Bama favorite memory of mine. Kid has no quit in him.
He has Jalen's cool and a better skillset than Tua. Tremendous young man. So glad he came to UA

Agreed, beautiful pass and catch, very clutch for both QB & WR...
Ironically, he threw almost the exact same pass to Brooks the play before the pick 6 against UGA in the CFPCG…and Brooks dropped it at UGA’s 15-yard line. I’m guessing Brooks didn’t see it till late as I’ve never understood why he only tried to catch it with one hand…

The shovel pass in Georgia game to Bryan Robinson

The long TD to JW in the Miami game. At that moment it was clear the QB position had not taken a step back as most assumed might happen after Mac.

I’m gonna go with the long TD pass to JW early in the second half against Georgia in the SEC title game. I didn’t feel like the heisman was locked up yet, he was playing a great game, then came out and dropped a dime to JW. That’s when I knew he won it

the play that Saban made to get Jameson Williams won the Heisman for BY.

While I love Bryce Young, Jameson Williams was very much his Tyreek Hill and made him look damn good sometimes. Which in fairness I believe every QB needs to succeed at the highest level ultimately. But if you look at his “heisman highlight” on ESPNs official YouTube, you’ll notice it’s basically a Jameson Williams highlight real that includes Bryce Young dimes on the occasion.

On the flip side, Mac Jones passes made Devonta Smith look damn good. Who knows if Smith or Williams would have showed out so much without Young, Jones, and in the case of Devonta, Tua before Mac. I guess it would be prudent to note that Williams didn't produce like this at Ohio State.

Williams could take a short slant pass and just out run all the defenders. He gets those long legs going and just explodes. Did you guys see what Mac did at the patriots camp last week. 25 out of 26 in one practice, and several were perfectly thrown bombs. Completed 23 passes in a row.

The entire first half of the SECCG
Tip of the hat to Aidan Hutchinson for giving CJ Stroud the business in the Michigan-OSU game. Bryce probably still wins it but Stroud would have had a lot of support after torching Iowa in the B1G championship
