Good get in Schloss, Ags. He’s a hell of a coach and will keep y’all at the top more often than not.

I separate baseball Aggy from football and basketball Aggy now, in large part because they have a coach I highly respect and wanted to lead the Tigers until we got Coach JJ. Schloss was a huge part of the success those early 2000’s Tulane teams saw. He’s earned every bit of praise coming his way. They aren’t going anywhere anytime soon and I wouldn’t be surprised to face them in the finals in Omaha or Super Regional if they link our regionals.

Doubtful LSU will make it past their region so wishful hoping to see the Ags in a Super. Always knew Schloss was THE hire in baseball last year. LSU choose poorly as usual. Average coach....average results.

You Aggies are weird man. He's giving y'all a compliment saying that he has the highest respect for A&M and Schloss specifically and this is how you comment? That's the reason every can't stand pulling for A&M

What Schlossnagle has done with the Aggie team is really nothing short of miraculous. Vitello deserves the SEC coach of the year...because of his great job at Tennessee. Schlossnagle gave Tenn their due respect and kudos, in the 24/7 interview. But no one has done more with less, patchworked a team, done more actual coaching and game study than Schloss. He’s finishing a season strong as a legitimate CWS contender that was a disaster in the making just two and a half months ago.

In his defense, saying "he wanted to coach here but we hired someone else" in the same breath kind of negates any compliment that was just given.

Not all of us.... LSU could go very far, very talented just have been wildly inconsistent.
I still think we will have a rough go unless we magically develop some more arms. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I apologize on behalf of the Aggies for foot..with a student body of over 66,000...500,000 plus alumni.. inevitably a small fraction assholes slip through. I call them out regularly, myself.

I agree with you there. LSU will have a tough time going deep in the tournament with how inconsistent we've been, but it's a talented team that has a high ceiling and a low floor. A&M could go far even with a slight shortage of arms. 19-11 in the sec is impressive no matter how you get there.

Lol! Thanks! I was being a dick and intentionally. This is called SEC "Rant" for a reason. I could care less if they are impressed with Schloss. We know what we have.
