UK RB Chris Rodriguez appears to have been arrested for careless driving and driving under the influence.

Kentucky is out there trying to be the next UGA in every way they can.

Well, frick. Not surprised with it being Derby weekend and all of the partying that goes on in Louisville and Lexington for it. Thankfully we’re pretty deep at RB.

Well, shite. Maybe he gets suspended for the opener. Sorry Gators but he will be on the field Week 2. Not shocked, yesterday was Derby day. Heightened police presence on the roads here in Lexington yesterday for sure.

What an idiot. Just glad he didn't injure someone else. Assuming he'll get the old community service and a short suspension because he's an athlete.

Let's not pretend a DUI without doing any harm results in anything more than being suspended for 1 or 2 crappy games.

Thankfully he didn't hurt anyone. Dumbass move on his part regardless of all the partying.

Still I bet a great number of those on here criticizing him have at one time or another in their lives have driven when they shouldn't have.

I don't know about everyone else but I think fellow arrestees in the "popular" section Edita and Wesley have more interesting stories.

Not until they are arrested for illegally parking a scooter and then having it reported like a high crime.

I have driven when tired, but that is the closest I would get.
If we don't want any standards in society, fine. I'll move out to the countryside, because the city people are about to start eating each other.
But let's not pretend it is the same thing as "everybody speeds or rolls through a stopsign if no one is around."

Come on now. There's as much and honestly probably more DUI in the countryside all day every day because there are fewer public transport options and people have to drive longer distances from the site of consumption to their ultimate destination. It just doesn't show up because a lot of rural counties only have 1 or 2 cops on duty at any given time and the jails are under court orders for being overfilled with meth heads.
