I don't disagree. But the same rate of DUI, multiplied by population densities 1/20th, 1/100th or less, is a lot less for me to hope to dodge.
And I still maintain the people in the large cities are very close to eating each other. (not because of DUIs, but because we don't have standards and modern digital life worsens high population density issues.)
