I’ll admit, Texas A&M lost to a bunch of 3rd stringers…

Or so I was told. If that’s the case, this has to be a record for the most 3rd string players drafted in a single year?

LSU 3rd String Players Drafted:
Ed Ingram - 2nd Round
Cordale Flott - 3rd Round
Ty Davis-Price - 3rd Round
Cade York - 4th Round
Neil Ferrell - 4th Round
Damone Clark - 5th Round
Austin Deculus -6th Round
Chasen Hines - 6th Round

1st/2nd String Players Drafted:
*Derek Stingley - 1st Round
*Andre Anthony - 7th Round

*Out vs. Texas A&M

If LSU was able to get 8 third string players drafted, just imagine what they could have done with their 1st or even 2nd string. I’m thinking minimum 7-5? It’s insane to think a team could have that much depth on their roster. Truly remarkable.

It’s uncontroversial that no team in the history of college football has ever been under ,500 over a two year span with that much talent, right?

Truly, LSU is a team that made history.

's funny that an under 500 team still managed to beat an 8-4fit A&M team, threads like this just show how bad that 2-9 record against LSU hurts.

And the last time A&M won the west was?

I think both of those teams sucked last year and who won doesn’t matter.

If you’re not in Atlanta you sucked. That’s the standard at LSU. Not sure about how they view a successful season in CS

I just find it odd. All I’ve heard since that game was that we “lost to a bunch of 3rd stringers”, but 1/3 of them got drafted

The coach in charge of that team got fired. What point are you trying to make moving forward?

You're using the minority of the roster to disprove someone saying that the roster was a bunch or 3rd string players?

No further questions, your honor. Just here to myth bust LSU playing with 3rd stringers in the A&M game.

We have been trying to tell you idiots what a shitty program you have. It’s about time at least one of you finally came to terms with it.
