Auburn's coach is Bruce Pearl. Just a reminder.
Just play the cards you were dealt, don't blame others for their good fortune.

No he doesn't. He's a prick that rode someone else's roster to a SEC championship and a Sweet 16 exit.

This is frickin embarrassing. Wish they had told me they didn't care before tipoff so I could have done something else.

Interesting, albeit completely lacking self-awareness, take.

How Dare you disrespect Avon Barksdale like that. Kid could have been in the NFL....but he chose the game instead and he friggin wrecked havoc.

Check Pearl's record in his first couple of years at Auburn. Oats HAS made the tourney the last two years.

It falls on the coach.

Not always true, especially on a high school team. Some groups of kids just have better character than others and it’s always easier to motivate kids when hard work may take you from 8-2 to 10-0 vs. 1-9 to 3-7. It’s easier to push kids who think they can be successful.
That said, a college coach recruits his players, so if they’re all a bunch of lazy turds he definitely bears responsibility for that.
