I have mad respect for him and think he will be a good coach. Think he makes it at Vandy?

Really impressive Xs and Os (and has some great coaches around him). Seems to have some issues in terms of the other stuff required to be a successful coach imo. Zero promotion of the program, blocking half the world on Twitter, interacting with media, etc. and I know many Vandy fans were saying he wasn’t working very hard on the recruiting trail early on.
Will come down to how good his recruiting/evaluation skills are now that he seems to be getting a few more players.

Vandy runs really good stuff on Offense and they seem very disciplined. He needs better bigs though

Yep, he does. Seems like a solid coach, but Vandy just isn't as talented overall as some years past.

Is he good though?
Vandy is a program capable of making the tourney and he’s not going to sniff it.
