Florida and Tennessee seem most likely to knock us off. Mississippi State isn’t going to be easy either. The good news is two losses still gets us a tie for the regular season SEC championship if Kentucky and Tennessee win out. My guess is they each will drop another game so we’ll claim the title outright.

Kentucky’s schedule
- Alabama
- LSU
- @ Arkansas
- Ole Miss
- @ Florida

Tennessee’s schedule
- @ Arkansas
- @ Missouri
- Auburn
- @ Georgia
- Arkansas

This team has made a lot of history this season. Giving Bruce his first win down there won't hurt.

Win Saturday. Worry about the rest later.

We have what amounts to a 3 game lead on UK since we beat them head to head.
One game at a time, and beat UT, it's ours.

Classics case of text not translating. Are you saying that UT and UF are likely going to beat us or are you saying that of all possible teams to beat us, they are the most likely to do so ?

frick that noise - we may lose to somebody but there will be a reason why that happens (off night, out of sync for us, etc) but we are ‘most likely’ to win out.

We will be great to win one of those. Away games and all.

A win Saturday would basically lock up at least a share.

Alabama, LSU, @Arkansas is a tough three game stretch. I don’t see Kentucky getting through that unscathed.

I think we lose one more, and they lose one more.

Schedule-wise I think Tenn has the best chance to catch up. Especially if they beat us at home

Edit: We should be Arkansas fans Saturday haha

I definitely think Arkansas can get it done at home. Would always enjoy more cushion

At this point Tennessee looks like a loss and so does Mississippi state barring some sort of turnaround in guard play. We’ll need Arkansas and/or Florida to beat Kentucky if we want to claim a share of the SEC title.

I wish y’all would calm the frick down. We have lost 2 OT games and 1 game by 1 point.

We haven’t been shooting great but maybe it picks back up. UT could possibly be favored next Saturday but they only scored 48 this past Saturday. We played poorly and scored 63.

We can beat anyone on our schedule any given time and anywhere. And on most occasions we will be favored to do so. Let's not get irrational.

Unless our offense picks up, I don't think this team's memo is to blow out lesser opponents unfortunately. But with our defense, we will also never get blown out and will be incredibly hard to beat late with the way Bruce cycles players. It's why we only have 3 losses.

Yeah that's been something that has troubled me all season. Great teams have to develop that "killshot" ability to advance in the postseason. When we get up 6 to 8 against good teams you have to be able to stretch that out and end the game. You let tourney quality teams hang around with you for a while and you are playing with fire.

We are good enough to win our round 1 game without worrying about it but every game after that could get tricky. Maybe the game meaning more will help us tighten up more and be more deliberate on offense with a lead. I do think the defense always plays with a sense of urgency which is a good trait for March.

We’ve underperformed in every road game recently. Easily could’ve lost to Missouri and Georgia.

I agree. The teams ceiling is pretty low and the floor is really high. They can be great at home but on the road we’re any other average team.

They have a better road + neutral record than 7 of the 9 teams ahead of them in the NET.

It’s honestly not worth the effort to quell these half assed melts.
