Not sure what to expect on offense.

We all know how the 1st game went, but it's obviously different without metchie. What kind of attack do you think we will have? I find it hard to believe jamo will go off as much as he did last time.

How many touchdowns did Metchie score against UGA? How many catches?
He is good, but we are fine.

Come on Boz, 6 catches for 97 yards and a score in 1 half is darn good. The offense just looks different when 1 & 8 are out there.
7 is stepping up in clutch spots, but I hope we can let Jamo stretch the field more against UGA. I understand todays plan was a little different though at the end of the day.

We didn’t have a healthy BRob then either. What matters most are the Oline injuries and whether Kirby will bring pressure on Bryce early. They waited too late in the SECC game but it did work.

That was kind of the point today. As soon as I saw Cincy ran a 3-3-5 I knew the plan would be to shove it down their throat. I highly doubt the offense in the NC will be anything like what we saw tonight.

I know that. But I can't in good mind expect the performance against UGA to be repeated as it is.

One part of me fears a 1/9 type of turnabout. Other part of me says Coach Saban doesn’t lose in rematches.

Georgia knows we can move the ball against them through the air.
I wouldn't be shocked to see us run right at them to see what they do. If they stack the box then we go over the top.

If anything 7 gives us another receiver who can stretch the field. I love metchie but he’s gone. Time to move on. We aren’t losing this game because he’s gone.

The adjustment game will be interesting. Obviously Kirby won’t do the same thing again after getting torched. I expect a lot more blitzing and a lot more tight man to man coverage. Will be interesting to see how BOB approaches it.

UGA secondary is not good, so tight coverage won't be a problem unless Bryce has no time to throw and the receivers have no time to get open.

Georgia's secondary can be had if, like we've all been saying, the right side of the offensive line and the receivers step up. Brooks is a good possession receiver that can make contested catches but he isn't a speed burner like Jameson. We need a speed receiver to step up to take the pressure off Jameson.

I agree. Think Ga. Brings lots of pressure and their secondary tries to keep everything in front of them.

That you, and many others, are having to ask this question means Alabama put on tape exactly what they wanted to against Cincinnati.
Again, not the biggest Bill O'Brien fan, but the offense didn't suddenly revert to the abysmal first-58 minute passing offense in Jordan Hare for no reason.

Georgia will blanket Jamo once again. We don't need Brooks to be a burner for us. Fans stop overthinking it...yes, Metchie is a huge loss that's no doubt but we got plenty of guys who can cook Georgia's secondary. Bolden, Holden, JoJo, & Leary!

Tebow had a good point in that he expects a lot more up the middle pressure to get Bryce out of the pocket and get in his face. Cincy did a lot of that last night.

On pace for damn near 200 yards when he got hurt. Horrible take.
Nobody else on the roster outside of Jamo is close.

The reason Metchie had that opportunity is because of Jamo. Metchie is a huge loss but Brooks, Slade, Jahleel, and the others are all capable of combining to somewhat give us what Metchie brought to the table.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see us in 2 TE sets a good bit, combined with tempo.
Keep them from subbing out on D, and we can split Billingsly and Latu out or keep them in to block/pass pro depending on Georgias personnel.

Last time going empty was the best way to neutralize their pressure
