What’s your level of concern regarding COVID and the CFP or March Madness?

The entire NFL is dealing with a COVID-19 outbreak, as the league had its all-time worst day for positive tests on Monday. Some teams have it worse than others, and one club that is reportedly dealing with multiple positive tests is the Los Angeles Rams.

CBS Sports is reporting that wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. tested positive for COVID-19. The Rams also closed their training facility, as they have entered the NFL's intensive protocols, moving all meetings to virtual settings and requiring all personnel to wear masks indoors.

The Lakers canceled practice Tuesday after guard Talen Horton-Tucker returned a positive test for COVID-19 and entered into the league's health and safety protocols,.

The Lakers news comes at a time when several team rosters have been decimated by players entering the health and safety protocols, including the Charlotte Hornets, Brooklyn Nets and Chicago Bulls.

Meanwhile, millions of fans without masks have been going to pro, college, and high school games seemingly without issue.

Yet we’re still testing players and focusing on asymptomatic cases.

Are college sports about to do this again?

Am I the only one that wanted to get the vaccine less after it became "FDA approved"?

Maybe some of the northern and western ones. Delta hasn’t run it’s course there yet like it did the south in late summer.

People waiting too long to get boosters is putting us in a resurgence, but diminished symptoms for the new variant and lessened impact for the vaccinated mitigate any repeat of the worst part of the pandemic. I suspect we'll see some cancellations of ballgames but much less significant sequelae to those affected by the virus.

This is idiotic at this point. If you get sick, get treatment. If you are severely at risk, take precautions (vaccines and masks or whatever you need to do). If you aren't sick, go about your day.

This is stupid. Players can play with the flu but can't play with COVID? This world has gone mad. 0 risk to healthy athletes. Can't believe we are rolling in to 2022 still talking about COVID.

I’ve said it once I’ll say it again. Covid is just a liberal hoax like global warming or the holocaust. Downvote if you agree.

I’ll be bummed as hell. I think we might’ve had a pretty good run in 2020 and I had Final Four tickets. The schedule last year sucked too

How many of them died?

Funny how once they quit using the fake numbers of 2-5%, they only talk about cases instead of mortality rate.

I am not concerned. I have faith in God and a decent immune system. I pray for the athletes and fans who gather to watch the games.

The omigod variant is being reported by US doctors as having mild symptoms. It shouldn’t keep fans away from any sporting events.

Nothing more than a severe flu. Sure, go get your vax if you want to, but stopping anything in life right now over covid makes zero sense.

Don't care. They seem to think, by not playing, they're somehow "making a statement".

My statement in reply is "don't give a shite".
