There were always going to be ways around that but this seems to be a straight forward blatant violation.
Buddy, we have THE most gun shy chicken-shite fraidycat compliance department in all of college football. If these deals got past them, it's fully legal and within the rules.

This is just the beginning. When Texas gets all of its assets in line --- multiple layers of NIL money, the high tech firms, the city of Austin, the State of Texas ---- you're going to see volleyball players making more than 100k. Bijan Robinson has grossed more than one million dollars this year. This is the tip of the iceberg for Texas and there will be very few programs that are going to be able to match the Longhorns.
