A 10m fund giving 85 players 100k each is NOT an endowment.. it’s literally payments for one year. Unfortunately for those selling this as something it isn’t, other people can actually do math.

He never said it was an endowment. Hate to break it to you, but the way this is set up is 100% legal.

20 minutes later he is plugging sunflower seeds for a seedery...yeah, sound's like he is making a killing.

Condoms and sunflower seeds...maybe we can get on your level one day.

What am I missing here - you're ALREADY getting top-ten recruiting classes and have been a .500 team for the last decade.

So... hopefully this helps turn that? I'm not sure what past draft results have to do with starting an NIL program that will begin in 2022

Even during the ZENITH of your program (Mack Brown years), you had 8 offensive linemen drafted into the NFL. Of those, 3 were drafted in the first or second rounds.

Over the last ten seasons, A&M has had 8 offensive linemen drafted, including 5 in the first two rounds (4 1st round picks).

There’s something about “advertising” your NIL deals like this that seems so fricking desperate. It’s admitting that nobody wants to go there.

As of a year from now, P5 status.

The Big 12 is fine. We're gaining #4 Cincy, #13 BYU, and #20 Houston. Its far superior to the Pac-12 and ACC, so I guess you'll need to drop their P5 status too.

Have fun rebuilding in the SEC! Might take a while.

Ok. So remind me again how any of this has anything to do with an NIL program being implemented to start in the 2022 season?

If you couldn't develop OL under Mack Brown, how is paying them more going to put them into the NFL?

In the early to mid 2000s, all of your star football, and basketball players drove brand new Tahoe's from the same dealership.

Let me guess... their parents finally hit all the numbers on the Lotto?

Attracting high school and transfer portal talent I suppose. I'm not sure what Mack Brown, Charlie Strong and Tom Herman, or any of their prior coaching staffs and their propensity to develop OL, have anything to do with this current coaching staff, or this NIL deal, but you seem a little miffed about this announcement.

Don't take it so hard, bud

Just a thought,

Boosters pumping this much money could actually backfire in a way.

They will feel ven more entitled to meddle in the Coaching and might prevent some Coaches from taking a job because they don't want to deal with it.

Yet you probably sucked off Saban for telling everyone how much Bryce Young was pulling in NIL earlier this year

No surprise TexASS is going to use the far left liberal approach to an issue
and throw money at it.......

They will get the same results the democrats get, abject failure and unintended consequences....

This was the same cope we said when we let y'all and WVU in. It turns out no one cares to watch or play any of those teams.
