The Carolina Panthers have fired offensive coordinator Joe Brady, the team announced

How about we talk to him.

I’ve heard he doesn’t like recruiting and that’s gonna be a problem

Is he gonna have 11 NFL-level starters on this offense if he became OC here like he did at LSU?

I also would imagine he and Harsin might butt heads on some things. His head might be a bit inflated from his NFL tenure...

No thanks. He gets way too much credit for 2019.

No, but his name (and NFL experience) will attract the recruits. And he isn't a bad OC. NFL is just a different animal.

He wasn’t the only OC at LSU. He was passing game coordinator

He did to their offense what Borges did to AUs in 04. He gets credit.

The one that lasted a season and a half before he got fired?

He was the architect behind what they were doing. Don't believe moronic LSU fans who want to suggest that Steve fricking Ensminger was the mastermind (a guy who had zero history of orchestrating anything before Brady, and who magically went back to being irrelevant after Brady and Burrow left).

But Brady didn’t want to recruit… it’s why he left college for an NFL gig.

The other one was responsible for "Nallsminger" AU football. Brady gets the benefit of the doubt.

I tend to think Brady was just part of that perfect storm that was LSU football in 2019.

He's probably a pretty good coach, but obviously he isn't some offensive savant or else he wouldn't be job hunting two years later (like the rest of the 2019 LSU staff).

Yep. He's never been a college offensive coordinator or called plays and never recruited even 1 player. Never played or coached qbs. would be a joke hire.
