Trolling aside, while I know this season has been a massive disappointment and I totally understand the frustration, it seems a little impatient to can him after one flop of a season. I know last year wasn't stellar by any means, but with the right coordinators he's proven he can put together a good team. If I'm the AD I retain him and make it clear that next year better be good.
