Yeah what an idiot

And I think Crime is taking that off the field role. He posted a little while ago about handing the baton off to Van Dyke. I think he almost moved off field a year or two ago too.. I think he's just wanting to slow down a little.

Kinda sucks because he has been a good position coach for us.

TIFWIW, Rejects on the Bunker made a post that said Tim Banks (recently fired TN DC) is going to be our new safeties coach. I didn't see the post because it was deleted, but someone else made a thread asking why it was deleted and rejects said they deleted it because it was too early to post.

Snagging Banks would be huge. We'd have a really solid defensive staff at that point.

Also, look up the coaching history for these guys in the late 2000s/early 2010s. Lots of overlap at Bowling Green and Illinois for Golesh, Durkin, Banks, and VKW. Maybe some others too? They seem to trace back to Tim Beckman, who was a GA for Pat Dye.

I lifted in HS, but I had no idea what I was doing. I Got stronger, but not even close to these type of gains.

I’d say there was “more movement than progress.”

You are in the prime of your time baw. Enjoy the hell out of the next 15 years. Probably my best 15 years anyway.

And your assessment is correct. The next decade or two will be fine.

When you get 55, thats a different story.

Kirkland's natural. The synthetics don't metabolize as well. Same with all the supplements. If you can get it naturally that's the way to go

Also Jocko is the superior protein powder and I'll fight anyone who says differently
