saw some projections were UNC, that might not be the best match up for us but would be neat to play the game that was cancelled last year due to covid.

Whoever. We can play with or lose to any team out there.
now that the playoff has come about and soon to be expanded Bowls are much like they were years and years ago just a trip and reward for the players. Wins and loses shouldn't matter.
Greatest benefit now is getting young players coaching and scrimmage time.

Are we destined for the Bham Bowl? Never got to the new stadium this year.

Duke's mayo bowl vs UNC is the expectation but nothing will be official until after the playoff ranks after conference champs

If I had to guess, the way that bowl committees think, we will end up with either Clemson or UCF.
I would prefer a school we hadn’t played before, bit that didn’t work out with Minnesota after 2019.

I like this for a bowl game. Decent opponent with an experienced head coach. I think we can get a win and good reps for younger guys, which is all bowl games are good for anyway.
Definite no to UCF. If we lose to Gus? frick that.
Clemson would be fun to beat, but I’m sick of them existing, so no thanks. I’m not sure our offense would do much against their defense anyway.
